How our pricing and billing works:

We offer perpetual, year round swim enrollment. Billing is monthly and based on enrollment, not attendance. Lessons begin immediately upon registration and your child’s weekly spot is reserved until a withdrawal form is submitted. When you join mid month, your tuition will be prorated for the number of remaining lessons in the month.

Monthly Billing:

Tuition is charged on the 20th of each month for the following month’s lessons.
If you register between the 20th and 31st you will be billed for the remainder of the current month and the next month.
A credit or debit card must be kept on file. If you prefer to prepay by cash or check, please do so before the 20th to avoid your card being charged.
Swim lesson fees are calculated based on the number of lessons held during the month.

Pro-rated Tuition & Closures:

Tuition is prorated if your child joins mid-month
If a class falls on a scheduled closure, you will not be charged for that day and tuition will be prorated.
Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. We do not issue refunds, but credits for unused tuition (minus any processing fees) will be applied to your CSS account for future lessons.

Withdrawals and Processing fees:

To drop for the next month, submit a withdrawal form on or before the 16th to avoid future tuition charges.
If the form is submitted on or after the 17th, a $30 processing fee per child will apply.
To drop for the current month, a $30 processing fee per child applies, plus payment for any classes already held that month.

Discounts:

We are happy to offer several discounts to make swim lessons more accessible for our families:

Sibling Discount: Families receive 5% off tuition for the 2nd, 3rd and additional siblings. The first child is full price.
Swim Deep Discount: Enroll in two classes per week and receive 35% off the lower priced class each month. Since we bill based on the number of lessons held, if one class has 4 lessons and the other has 3, the 35% discount will apply to the 3 lesson class.
Military/Veteran Discount: We proudly offer 15% off for active duty military members and veterans. Please email a copy of your DD214 or current Military ID to our front desk and we will apply the discount going forward.
Please note that discounts cannot be combined. For example, sibling discounts cannot be used in combination with the Swim Deep or Military/Veteran discount. Discounts do not apply to Private or Semi Private lessons.
